Biography

He was born on January 13, 1958, in 1980 he graduated from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute.

In 1981-1983 studied in graduate school in VASHNIL.

In 1989 he defended his thesis for a candidate of science degree in Leningrad.

From July 1983 to 1990 engaged in scientific work.

From 1990 to the middle of 1992 worked as the head of the department of KazNIINKI under the State Committee of KazSSR.

From August 1992 to September 1993 - a scientific secretary of the Kazakh Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1993-1995 - Deputy Head of the Department of the Ministry of Science and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since September 1995 - head of the department of the State Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for cooperation with the CIS countries.

1998-2000 - Second Secretary, First Secretary, Head of Division, Head of the Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2000 to 2003 - Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Belarus.

Since 2004, he was Deputy Chairman of the Committee on CIS Affairs and Director of the Department for CIS Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2006 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee - Executive Secretary of the CIS (Minsk).

2007-2013 – Minister-counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation (Moscow).

2013-2016 - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since April 22, 2016 he is the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Ukraine.

On February 21, 2017 appointed concurrently as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Moldova .

Has the rank of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the I class.

He speaks Kazakh, Russian and English.

He was awarded the state award - the medal "Yeren enbegi ushin", as well as the ten anniversary medals of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Letter of thanks of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2007). He was awarded the 1st degree medal "For Contribution to the Establishment of the Eurasian Economic Union" (2015), the Honorary Diploma of the Council of CIS Heads of State (2006, 2017) and the CSTO Collective Security Council (2012)

Married, has a son.
