The Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurbakh Rustemov held a traditional meeting with representatives of the media in Hungary.

On Thursday, September 28, 2017, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Hungary, Nurbah Rustemov held a meeting with journalists of the major regional newspaper, "24 ora" and with the representatives of "Globs Foreign Affairs & Trade" magazine that is gaining popularity in Hungary.

During the meeting, Kazakh diplomat spoke about the main achievements and strategic priorities of the development of modern Kazakhstan. At the same time, key emphasis was made on the course of implementation of socio-political and economic transformations in the country and international initiatives. In particular, the investment projects of the Republic of Kazakhstan were presented to the attention of the Hungarian audience, as well as the information about implementation of the programs as "Kazakhstan-2050", "Nurly Zhol", "100 concrete steps", "Look into the future: Modernizing the Public Consciousness", and etc.

Along with this, N.Rustemov provided information, for journalists, about the state and the prospects of the Kazakh-Hungarian strategic partnership. A separate topic was about the successful steps undertaken for the development of cooperation, such as the opening of a direct flight "Astana-Budapest" and the launch of projects of the Kazakh-Hungarian Agricultural Direct Investment Fund with authorized capital of $ 40 million.

The Ambassador also noted the successful participation of Hungary in the international specialized exhibition EXPO-2017, where Hungary was awarded a silver medal for the disclosure of theme.

In turn, the media representatives noted that they, here in Hungary, support and show particular interest in the strategic steps and innovative initiatives of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on large-scale economic reformation and social modernization of Kazakhstan.
